Single Black Spot

A big thanks goes out to Oliver for scans of a promo single that has been released to promote "In a Heartbeat". There are no other tracks included and sadly no b-sides... sigh!

Also... I have updated the rare audio section with the Ugly Man Records version of Wonderful Life.

All you b-siders out there now have your own profile pages and you are tied in to the 300+ members of this community! You can create your own blog entries and ask other members to be your friend! Just click on your name in the "Who' Online" box to the left and you can edit your profile and ask other users who are online to get "connected".  

You can now comment on news items as well!

First, if you are reading this then you are aware that the b-sideblack domain is a goner... does not look like I am going to be able to get it back. No worries! Life is about changes and now the site is part of a larger "independant music" portal called Utopian Station (hope to make it a label one day as well).

If you have not visited Colin's site recently then you might like to know he has a MySpace page there now... we should all go there and post pictures of ourselves in our knickers as a sign of solidarity! There is a new version of "Wonderful Life" available in full to hear there as well! I have had a page there for a while and if your in to it be my friend too! The big news while chatting with Colin is this:

"In the complete lack of interest in B2C I have begun next album!!!!
Considering whether to go for 3 in the next year (a challenge!) An interesting start. Working with Edgar "Jones" Jones and some of his band. If you haven't yet heard of him I'd say you soon will;a very talented young man."

I have not given up on B2C and will continue to push it in North America as I think it could be very successful.

p.s.: I think I fixed the video and rare audio sections... everything broke when I lost the domain so I think I am 90% up to date. Drop me a line if you notice something not working.

A new feature for the fans out there! We are going to try and list all cover versions of Colin's songs. I believe there are at least a dozen versions of Wonderful Life out there and I think we should list them and post samples for all to enjoy (or cringe). I would also like everyone to comment on the strengths and weaknesses of them.

Any chance there are versions that are not WL???

UPDATE: Marcel (www.colinvearncombe.nl) is a great source of triviality! Hehehe! We are now at 13 versions at last count!
