I have been very busy today.. digging in my front garden.. and what better way to enjoy my digging (if you can..), than having CV chilling me out !

I have had Live at the Bassline wafting from my car whilst I dug merrily.. Thing is, I live right next to a Private Tennis Club, and so everyone who has played there today, has been also listening to CV.
..
Well.. all I hear all summer is the 'ping' and 'pong' of tennis balls from them !.. I think I've give them something faaar better in return.. don't u think ?

Perhaps I should have a banner up.. "The CD you are now listening to is...."
..

It's surprising how much CV get's around in terms of being played in the big wide world... I remember watching the news on TV the day after the new nations joined the EU. They had a shot of a concert somewhere - a dreadful female voice warbling... But she was singing "Wonderful Life". I thought it a testament to the quality of the song that it remains sufficiently popular and prescient to be performed on an occasion like that. Then a few weeks later I was in the south of Italy for work - a tiny little seaside village. A wonderfully friendly place - where people leave their doors open and say hello on street corners and ply you with beer at less than a euro a bottle... Anyway, on my first evening there I was winding my way towards a bar when low-and-behold, a car drove by with windows down and across the Italian airwaves came... "Wonderful Life"! He gets everywhere does our Colin! I just wish he'd present us with his new website - it's been saying "coming very soon" for the past few months. Can't hold my breath much longer!

Well.. I know he was in Sweden last week, and I know that he has just moved house too ! So I think he has got his hands full....
..
