WOW!,...and WOW again!

Jo Hamilton opened with her acoustic set which was equally as good as the last time we saw her at The Stables in May 2004 when she supported Colin.

Jo has an amazing voice and her honest song-writing skills leave you thinking and often with a wry smile on your face. More please JO!

Black (Mr. Peters, Ms. Hamilton and of course Mr. Vearncombe), were in impressive form. It's always refreshing to see an artist that give sof their best when playing the smaller venues. Bedford was not full to capacity but the noise we made to get two encores really impressed Colin who said at one point, "..you can come again"!

I did not hear two of my favourite tracks, 'Alive' and 'Let Me Watch You Make Love', but we were supplied with material from old and the new album 'Between Two Churches' (due for release in August 2005).

On sale were CD's from Ms. Hamilton and Mr. Peters as well as a new CD EP 'Two Churches' which contains a track unavailable elsewhere plus Blackleg Vol. 1 and the new Vol. 2. There was at-shirt available as a package deal with Vol. 2 of Blackleg but this was from the Colin Vearncombe 2004 tour, and although being labelled as a XL size it fits me like a medium!! hehe

Just hope that more people get to hear such wonderful music and honest talent.
