Met up with Rob yesterday for some cricket and to catch the excellent Inklings in concert at the Birmingham Bar Academy.
I saw them in their previous guise of 'Lucky Luciano' but they have definately stepped up a gear with their fantastic new guitarist Murray Gardiner.
Two of the best tracks from their 4 track EP including 'eventually' and the fantastic 'Somewhere in between' and two of the best tracks from the Lucinao EP - 'Troubled cure' and 'world will know my name' to an enthusiastic crowd who were whipped into a frenzy by the band (and by Rob in fetching boiler suit)
They've got another gig coming up in Peterborough on Friday and another on the 24th in the cotswalds
