As Colin's new album draws ever closer he has allowed me to ask him some questions about his return to Black and his future. It was very gracious of Colin to take the time to respond. You would not think such a prolific songwriter would be challenged with writing a response and I tried to keep it short as he requested. I think you all will feel very optimistic about the future of Colin's music after reading this! I personally look forward to the experimentation he eludes to, as "Smoke Up Close" was one of those love it or hate it recordings, some of the strongest songs he has written came out of it.
