I think that 2 of the things you have listed are the same thing. The 'Wonderful Life' 2 track US CD. Although the sleeve and the sticker on the front say that the CD contains the re-recording and the old version It actually just contains the full and edit versions of the Xmas 88 recording which is a shame.

i don't think a CD ever actually escaped. NO ONE (and I know some pretty hardcore collectors) has ever seen one...

I have the 7" cleaned and on CD though, if it's needed...
