Perhaps a little pre-emptive, with not knowing what is afoot to make ripples in the music-industry pond, but I was wondering if people had considered employing "guerilla tactics" when the new album arrives in August. I'm not sure whether it would succeed, but it would be nice to see Black's new album make it into the top-75, if only the lower reaches. If purchases were co-ordinated for the first week of release, from outlets where sales count towards the charts, perhaps we could pull it off? (But then, do the charts really count? Maybe not, but it would be good to see music that deserve popular recognition in the charts, wouldn't it?) I know that Gary Numan's fans have done similar things in the past couple of years to get him back into the public eye in a major way....

Sounds good to me. If we have a definite date perhaps we could all go and buy on first day of release. Please keep me posted if this is going ahead.
